Batts Farm is in an idyllic location at the bottom of Nyland hill, with views over open farmland across Cheddar moors at the foot of the Mendip hills. There are many walks close by and maps are available to borrow, as well as local information to help you get the best the area has to offer. The stunning Cheddar Gorge is only 5 minutes drive away.

There is an abundance of bird-life in the area with resident house-martins and swallows in the summer, starlings and nesting swans in the winter, to name but a few. We have four individual double rooms, all decorated and equipped to the highest standard, including a Four-Poster room. Or our new room is in a converted barn, with it’s own separate entrance. Award winning breakfast, with home made breads and a large selection of cooked courses.
