Set in six acres of grounds, surrounded by rolling countryside, less than two miles from the spectacular North Devon coast path, ideal for exploring Exmoor National Parks natural beauty and historic interests. Where countryside and comfort combine, Moorlands has a resident’s bar / dinning room where we serve a hearty full English breakfast and delicious home cooked evening meals, adjacent is our lounge with real fire, where guests can relax with their coffee and enjoy views of the gardens.

Stunning landscapes, wilderness and tranquillity, rare in southern England, one of Britain’s hidden treasures. This, and a glimpse of wild red deer or the native Exmoor Pony, are just some of the delights that make Exmoor special. Look up and you will invariably see buzzards soaring overhead or in the evening watch bats or seek out badgers at sunset. Dogs are welcome to bring their owners when staying in our self-catering apartments.
