Dominey's Cottages are in the Dorset AONB, adjacent to our 17th Century thatched house with our small arboretum proposed as an Area of Local Landscape Importance. Many Dorset footpaths, some starting on your doorstep, take you "far from the madding crowd". There is an abundance of plants and wildlife.
Dorset is steeped in history with sites ranging from 3000BC to recent times. Castles, abbeys, historic houses, gardens, museums, wildlife parks and nature reserves abound.
"Lovely gardens. Just a perfect place to relax and unwind". Darryl & Jennifer Ward, Singapore, 2007.
