Polzeath Beach

A sand and shingle beach with some rock pools.

The beach has a large expanse of flat sand at low tide and is suitable for various beach games. It’s also one of the finest surfing beaches in Cornwall and you may even see dolphins and seals riding the waves alongside the surfers! There are extensive facilities to cater for all tastes, from walkers to surfers.

Beach facilities include disabled access, toilets (including disabled), refreshments and lifeguard cover during the summer months.
