Highcliffe Castle Beach

A sand and shingle beach in a rural setting.

This beach is less commercial than the neighbouring ones and is reached by steps that run down the wooded cliff from the castle grounds. Sandy beach with safe, clean bathing water and clear views to the Isle of Wight. The beach is close to the Dorset coastal path and Avon valley walks.

The beach has limited facilities and the nearest toilets and refreshments are in the castle grounds at the top of the cliff.
